The platform

What AQL was built to solve
ILG needed more than another database — they needed one operating system for a large law firm, where nothing gets lost between teams and every case has a clear history.
One home for the whole firm
Cases, clients, contracts, accounting, tasks, and even the firm's public website — managed from a single place instead of scattered files and spreadsheets.
Every case, tracked end to end
From first intake through court hearings, procedure notices, and judgments — the firm always knows where each matter stands and what happens next.
The right team, the right access
Lawyers, paralegals, secretaries, accountants, and managers each see what their role requires — with sensitive case details limited to the people who need them.
Office desk or on the move
The firm runs operations from a full web dashboard; lawyers follow case updates through the ILG mobile app between hearings and client meetings.
The challenge
At ILG's scale — dozens of lawyers, multiple practice areas, and high-stakes litigation — tracking cases, hearings, consultations, contracts, and firm documents across scattered files was no longer sustainable. Every handoff between teams risked losing context.
What we built
We built AQL — a single platform where ILG manages litigation, clients, contracts, finance, and day-to-day firm operations. A web dashboard for the full team, plus a mobile app so lawyers can stay on top of their cases outside the office.
The outcome
ILG's teams work from one source of truth — less time hunting for files, fewer handoffs that lose context, and a clearer picture of every active matter. The mobile app is live on the stores, and the platform is the foundation of a future SaaS product for law firms.
