Spreadsheets hold until renewals, maintenance, and collection hit the same week. The system puts the unit, the lease, the tenant, and the money on one board. We demo on a sample of your units before you move the portfolio.
Is Arzaq this system?
No. Arzaq is a public listing site. The View is the private operations platform this product comes from: units, contracts, tenants, and finance with no public login. We only mix the two if you actually need both.
Is cheaper overseas SaaS enough?
You can try it. You will still often hand-fit Arabic, Kuwait rent cycles, and collection, with support outside this timezone. We implement and review here. A working session with the portfolio manager shortens weeks of remote setup.
If we sell the building, do tenant records travel with the buyer?
The records sit on infrastructure you control. Export is agreed before go-live so the portfolio is not trapped in an account you cannot take with you when the owner changes.
