The challenge
Managing units, contracts, tenants, and rent across a growing portfolio relied on spreadsheets and scattered files — no single system the team could run day-to-day operations from.
What we built
We built a private property management platform — units and listings, lease contracts, tenant records, and financial tracking in one dashboard. Internal access only, built for the operations team behind the portfolio.
