What we built
Coops is a multi-society delivery product โ mobile apps for ordering plus a marketing site and links hub that bring Kuwait's cooperative societies into one digital storefront.

The challenge
Kuwait's cooperative societies each served their own areas with separate ordering โ customers had to jump between different apps and stores to shop from the societies they trust, while societies lacked a unified digital channel to compete in Kuwait's growing delivery market.
What we built
We built the Coops Delivery mobile apps on iOS and Android plus the public website at trycoops.com โ one platform connecting partner societies across Capital, Hawally, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, and Jahra with bilingual marketing pages, governorate coverage, news, App Store and Google Play download flows, and a shareable links hub.
The outcome
Customers order from multiple cooperative societies in one app with 950 fils delivery across Kuwait โ live on the App Store and Google Play, with trycoops.com as the public home for coverage, promotions, and downloads.
