The challenge
Valet operations at Kuwait's busiest venues depended on paper tickets and manual coordination — customers waited longer, valets lacked instant alerts, and venue managers had no unified digital layer to track service quality.
What we built
We built vp-valetparking.com — a bilingual marketing site and fully digital retrieval experience. Customers request their car via SMS, phone call, or QR scan on the ticket; valets get instant alerts; and a mobile app is on the way with pre-booking and digital wallet payments.
