About the client

International Legal Group (ILG) is one of Kuwait's leading law firms — established in 1984 and operating today as a multisector practice with over four decades of experience. ILG represents individuals, multinational businesses, and governments across construction, energy, healthcare, telecom, and dispute resolution. The firm has led landmark cases before Kuwait's Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court, holds strategic alliances across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the US, and runs a dedicated China Desk for cross-border work.

The challenge

At ILG's scale — dozens of lawyers, multiple practice areas, and high-stakes cases — tracking cases, hearings, consultations, and contracts in scattered files was no longer sustainable. Every handoff risked losing context between teams.

What we built

In partnership with ILG, we built AQL — a unified law firm management platform covering litigation, clients, contracts, accounting, and even ILG's public website from one admin panel, with role-based access, exportable reports, and a dedicated mobile app for lawyers on the move.

The outcome

ILG runs on AQL daily. The ILG App is approved on the App Store, the platform is in final delivery with full team training — and forms the foundation of a future SaaS product for law firms.
